下单与付款
- 网站价格用于帮助客户选择商品，最终商品、金额、充值方式和付款方式以客服确认为准。
- 请先把订单发送给客服，收到确认后再付款。未经确认而自行付款，可能需要等待退款或重新核对。
- 客户必须在付款前检查游戏、服务器、UID、角色名、登录资料和商品档位。
- 订单处理时间受游戏渠道、库存、系统状态和排单情况影响；如有明显延迟，客服会尽量说明。
取消与退款
- 订单尚未开始处理时，可以联系客服询问是否能够取消。
- 数字商品一旦开始处理、兑换码已经交付或充值已经完成，通常无法取消或退款。
- 因客户提供错误账号、UID、服务器、角色或商品而充值至错误目标，完成后通常无法追回。
- 如因我们的处理错误、重复收费或渠道最终无法完成订单，我们会核对后安排补充处理、更换方案或退款。
- 退款方式与到账时间取决于原付款渠道及银行处理时间。
我们会使用哪些资料
- 根据游戏要求，可能包括 UID、角色名、服务器、账号与密码、订单商品、联系方式和付款证明。
- 这些资料仅用于核对订单、完成充值、提供客服支持、处理争议和必要的业务记录。
- 资料可能通过 WhatsApp、微信或 Instagram 发送；这些平台也会按照各自的政策处理通信资料。
- 我们不会要求银行卡密码、电子钱包密码或支付验证码。个别游戏如需登录验证码，只应通过官方客服私聊提供，切勿发布在公开留言或评论中。

- 我们只在完成订单、客服跟进、争议处理和必要记录所需的期间保存资料，并采取合理措施避免未经授权的使用或披露。
- 客户可以联系客服询问、更新或申请删除我们仍持有的个人资料；如资料因交易记录或争议处理需要保留，我们会说明。
- 请不要在公开评论、社交媒体留言或他人可见的位置发送登录资料。
其他说明
- 游戏名称、图片、商标与相关素材属于各自权利人。除非特别说明，Brilliant Gaming 是独立充值服务商，并非游戏发行商的官方关联公司。
- 渠道成本、汇率、库存或活动变化时，价格与可售状态可能调整。

Orders & Payment
- Website prices help customers choose an item. The final item, amount, top-up method, and payment method must be confirmed by customer service.
- Send the order first and pay only after confirmation. Unconfirmed payments may require extra verification or a refund.
- Customers must check the game, server, UID, character, login details, and item before payment.
- Processing time depends on channel availability, stock, game systems, and the order queue.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Ask customer service about cancellation before processing begins.
- Digital items normally cannot be cancelled or refunded after processing starts, a code is delivered, or the top-up is completed.
- A completed top-up sent to incorrect details supplied by the customer normally cannot be recovered.
- If our processing error, a duplicate charge, or channel failure prevents completion, we will verify the case and arrange fulfilment, a replacement, or a refund.
- Refund timing depends on the original payment channel and bank processing.
Information We Use
- Depending on the game, information may include UID, character name, server, account and password, selected items, contact details, and payment proof.
- We use it only to verify and fulfil orders, provide support, handle disputes, and keep necessary business records.
- Information sent through WhatsApp, WeChat, or Instagram is also processed under those platforms’ policies.
- We never ask for bank passwords, e-wallet passwords, or payment verification codes. If a game requires a login code, share it only in a private chat with the official customer-service account and never in public comments.
Analytics & Cookies
- Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page views, searches, game selections, cart actions, and contact-button use.
- Analytics does not receive account names, passwords, UIDs, character names, payment proof, or complete order text entered by customers.
- Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can turn analytics off below without affecting prices or ordering.

Retention, Security & Choice
- Information is kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, disputes, and necessary records, with reasonable measures against unauthorised use or disclosure.
- Contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we still hold. We will explain if transaction or dispute records must be retained.
- Do not post login details in public comments or other publicly visible places.
Other Terms
- Game names, images, and trademarks belong to their owners. Unless stated otherwise, Brilliant Gaming is an independent top-up provider and is not affiliated with game publishers.
- Prices and availability may change with channel cost, exchange rates, stock, or promotions.
- Using the website or submitting an order means you have read and accepted the rules relevant to that order.
